Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers using appropriate equipment.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with 100% accuracy.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory audits.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace adhering to OSHA standards.
- Documentation: Accurately complete necessary shipping and receiving paperwork.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable history of attendance and punctuality.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Equipment: Valid forklift certification is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
