Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for timely shipment.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for damage and accuracy.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Documentation: Process necessary paperwork and logs for all received and shipped goods.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Availability: Must be available for overtime shifts to meet business demands.
