Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a focus on speed and accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing.
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
- Perform inventory checks and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse setting.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanning devices.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
