Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and ensure inventory accuracy within the storage area.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems to move materials.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage or defects before packing and shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free workspace to optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or retail stocking is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive motions.
- Skills: Basic math and reading comprehension; proficiency with handheld scanners is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
