Responsibilities
- Retrieve and pick merchandise from warehouse shelves using RF scanners and picking tools, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Pack items securely in boxes or containers, labeling them correctly with shipping information.
- Verify orders against pick lists to ensure 100% accuracy and quality control.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sweeping floors and organizing pallets.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or retail experience is a plus but not required (on-the-job training provided).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
