Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to strict quality and safety standards.
- Verify the accuracy of all products against purchase orders and ensure correct labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment at all times.
- Scan packages accurately to ensure timely delivery and proper inventory tracking.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
- Assist with inventory audits and stock organization as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and experience using handheld scanning devices.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness and availability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as business demands.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
