Responsibilities
- Pick and pack products from warehouse shelves with high accuracy and speed.
- Verify item quantities and descriptions against customer orders.
- Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper sealing and labeling.
- Operate scanning equipment and handheld devices to update inventory status.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and company quality standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED (preferred, but not always mandatory).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
