Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Efficiently select and pack customer orders according to picking tickets and quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory counts and document stock movements correctly.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent shipping issues.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other associates to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Basic Skills: Ability to read and understand simple instructions and labels.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
