Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve products from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners and pick lists.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Verify order accuracy by checking item counts and descriptions against customer orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment to ensure optimal inventory levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is a plus, but we provide full training for the right candidates.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and experience using RF (Radio Frequency) scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
