Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve merchandise from storage areas using scanners and pick tickets.
- Inspect products for quality, damage, and correct specifications.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials (boxes, bubble wrap, tape).
- Label packages accurately with shipping information and barcodes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards.
- Operate handheld scanning devices and basic warehouse equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience is required; we value attitude and work ethic over experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts).
- Basic reading and math skills to read pick tickets and process orders.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
