Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify products according to customer orders with high accuracy.
- Inspect items for quality and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage.
- Load and unload shipments from trucks using pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts or pallet jacks (training available).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills for scanning and labeling.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Strong attention to detail and a desire to learn.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening.
