Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from the warehouse shelves according to customer orders with high accuracy.
- Inspect items for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to process orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory.
