Responsibilities
- Retrieve and pick customer orders from shelves using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label and sort packages according to carrier specifications.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times to adhere to safety protocols.
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies or damaged stock immediately.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- No previous warehouse or logistics experience is necessary; full training is provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for the entire shift (8-10 hours).
- Physically capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be 18 years or older and willing to pass a background check and drug screening.
