Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
As a Picker Packer, you play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve products from warehouse shelves using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Pack, label, and prepare merchandise for shipment according to company safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using material handling equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required for this entry-level role.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology (RF scanners).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
