Responsibilities
- Retrieve products from shelves and storage areas using scanners and RF guns.
- Pack items securely in boxes and prepare them for shipping according to customer specifications.
- Inspect goods for damage and ensure quality standards are met before packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
