Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately pick items from shelves using scanners and pack them securely for shipment according to company standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and ensuring stock levels are up to date.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and ensure they meet quality standards before shipping.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and workplace safety protocols.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Documentation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
