Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and pack customer orders with precision
- Operate warehouse equipment (conveyors, scanners, pallet jacks)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
- Meet productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Availability to work flexible shifts (including nights/weekends)
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Experience in warehouse/logistics preferred but not required
- Pass background check and drug screening
