Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Maintain and update accurate digital records of stock levels and shipments in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Order Processing: Review and verify digital orders to ensure correct picking, packing, and labeling instructions are followed.
- Data Entry: Input shipment details, tracking numbers, and inventory adjustments into company databases with a focus on 99% accuracy.
- Communication: Collaborate with on-site warehouse teams and fulfillment centers via email and instant messaging platforms.
- Quality Control: Perform routine checks on digital logs and reports to identify and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Documentation: Organize and file necessary shipping documents and receipts in a secure digital archive.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior experience required; full training is provided.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and proficiency in typing (40+ WPM).
- Setup: Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Reliability: Ability to work independently and meet daily productivity targets.
- Availability: Must be available to start immediately and commit to a full-time schedule.
