Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, sort, and package customer orders in a climate-controlled facility
- Operate warehouse equipment including scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts (with certification)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counts and cycle counting
- Adhere to all safety protocols including PPE usage and equipment handling guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds frequently and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
