Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently sort, scan, and package customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation using handheld scanning devices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity and quality targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and contribute to a hazard-free workspace
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld technology
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus
