Responsibilities
- Process inbound and outbound shipments with speed and accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards set by Amazon.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
- Scan, label, and prepare packages for delivery.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic English proficiency in reading and writing.
- Physical ability to lift up to 49 lbs (22 kg) and stand/walk for long durations.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
