Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, stock, and other materials by hand or using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify and keep records of incoming and outgoing merchandise and prepare items for shipment.
- Organize warehouse space efficiently to ensure fast and accurate order fulfillment.
- Perform inventory counts and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Operate scanning equipment and computer systems to update inventory status.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; training provided.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to accommodate overtime.
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and pick tickets accurately.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but we will train the right candidate.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
