Responsibilities
- Picking, packing, and shipping products with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Performing inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock integrity.
- Loading and unloading freight trucks accurately and safely.
- Collaborating with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve logistical challenges.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for the right candidates.
