Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and stage incoming inventory with RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy for timely shipments
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification provided)
- Maintain organized warehouse zones and conduct daily cycle counts
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends)
