Responsibilities
- Precisely manage inventory using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Optimize order fulfillment with 99.8% accuracy standards
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (OSHA-certified training provided)
- Implement FIFO inventory rotation protocols
- Maintain 5S workplace organization principles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics
- Conduct daily equipment safety inspections
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficient with inventory management software
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
