Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods safely to and from delivery trucks and trailers.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to accurately scan, track, and manage inventory levels.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment, ensuring all packaging is secure and compliant.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided upon hire).
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily and weekly operational targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we offer on-the-job training for motivated individuals.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as required.
