Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Manage inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse records
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Optimize warehouse layouts for maximum efficiency and safety compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Maintain 5S standards for workplace organization
- Train new team members on SOPs and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with inventory management software or RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 10 certification or ability to complete within 30 days
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
