What You Will Do
Your daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment with precision and speed.
- Operating material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and performing cycle counts.
- Ensuring the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborating with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
- Assisting in loading and unloading trucks when necessary.
Who We Are Looking For
We value hard work and reliability. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- The physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and a willingness to learn warehouse management systems.
- Valid Forklift Operator certification is a significant plus.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Valid Forklift Operator certification is highly desirable.
