Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stage incoming merchandise to ensure accuracy and quality control.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and aptitude for learning new software systems.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid forklift certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain one.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
