Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders to meet daily targets.
- Operate powered industrial equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety regulations.
- Conduct inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse floor to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, verifying shipment contents.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
