Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory counts and cycle counts per company standards
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math and literacy skills for inventory tracking
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with or without reasonable accommodation
- Stable work history with reliable transportation
- No prior warehouse experience required - training provided
- Must be at least 18 years old with valid government ID
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in climate-controlled environment
