Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship products using RF scanners and warehouse systems
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory counts and conduct cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using pallet jacks
- Report equipment issues and maintain clean workstations
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old (no background check required)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, or state ID)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Reliable transportation to our Orlando facility
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
