Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanners and automated systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and system updates
- Optimize workflow efficiency in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8-10 hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Valid government-issued photo ID and authorization to work in the US
- Reliable transportation to the Harbor Blvd facility
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
