Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products using RF scanners and warehouse equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and warehouse organization
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling machinery safely
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and receiving shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to our Columbus facility
