Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., handheld scanners, pallet jacks) safely and according to protocols.
- Load and unload trailers and conveyors, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Sort, organize, and stage inventory in designated areas.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods (up to 10 hours).
- Ability to work in various temperature conditions (including cold storage areas).
- Basic English reading and writing skills for scanning and safety instructions.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
