Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counting and reconciliation
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math skills and ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Valid state ID or driver's license (background check waived)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and work in varied temperatures

- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
