Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trucks safely and efficiently using appropriate equipment.
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise orders with high accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) as required and certified.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform inventory counts and update stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
