Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship high-value electronics and tech components
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated warehouse systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy using WMS technology
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols in a climate-controlled environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Inspect products for quality assurance before shipment
- Participate in cycle counts and physical inventories
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy and WMS familiarity
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Spanish bilingual a plus
