Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Receive incoming stock, inspect for damages, and log items into the inventory system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and keep the warehouse organized and hazard-free.
- Stock Organization: Stock shelves and storage areas to ensure products are easily accessible and properly rotated.
- Quality Control: Perform routine quality checks to ensure all outgoing orders meet our high standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We welcome entry-level applicants and provide full paid on-the-job training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when counting, scanning, and packaging items.
