Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment such as stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and quality metrics.
- Scan and label items using handheld scanners or RF guns.
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 49 pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours).
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (hot and cold).
- Basic computer skills and ability to pass a background check.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
