Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in accordance with company safety standards.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
- Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
