Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, reach trucks) safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with a focus on accuracy and speed to meet daily quotas.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Unload delivery trucks and inspect incoming goods for damage or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as required.
