Responsibilities
- Safely load/untract trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Scan and sort incoming/outgoing inventory with RF scanners
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate warehouse records
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Assist in inventory audits and loss prevention
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Stamina for 8-12 hour shifts on feet
- Basic computer literacy (RF scanner experience a plus)
- Forklift certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Reliable transportation to shift start times
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
