Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and process incoming/outgoing shipments
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Pick, pack, and verify orders with 99% accuracy
- Maintain organized inventory counts and warehouse cleanliness
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
