Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Safely operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certifications
- Inspect and prepare products for shipment, ensuring quality standards are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred (entry-level candidates welcome)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
