Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Accurately manage inventory with barcode scanning systems and digital record-keeping
- Pick and pack orders for timely shipment following quality control standards
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment through daily sanitation routines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Operate warehouse machinery (conveyors, scanners) with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Participate in mandatory overtime shifts during peak seasons
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation and order processing
- Reliable transportation to North Philadelphia facility
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and overtime
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to complete forklift certification training
