Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with 99.9% accuracy for timely delivery
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Maintain organized inventory counts and cycle counts per company protocols
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
