Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize inventory in the warehouse to ensure efficient picking and packing processes.
- Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments against invoices.
- Perform daily quality checks and maintain cleanliness of the workspace.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but willing to train reliable candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management software.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
