Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages and discrepancies.
- Maintain a clutter-free and safe workspace in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory for immediate hire.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
