Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods safely using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Verify merchandise against invoices and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Organize stockrooms, warehouses, or yards to ensure efficient product flow and accessibility.
- Perform daily quality checks and maintain a strict 5S safety compliance standard.
- Operate handheld scanners (RF guns) to track inventory levels in real-time.
- Assist in packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment or delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for counting and inventory verification.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions when loading docks.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
